PUNE: Right after the change in cabinet this morning, four serial bomb blasts have been reported in Jungli Maharaj road, Pune. This explains Indian Central Government's inefficiency! Or may be its Government's strategy to shift the public attention from Anna Hazare's campaign. Though the blasts were minor, one person has been reported injured!
